Terrible. Absolutely shocking experience. After being a customer of yours for years i ordered for the first time off delivery hero. We had our food turn up and they asked for payment and we told them we already paid with paypal and showed the receipt and transaction ID. The delivery driver was on the phone to the owner and was arguing with us. I was so angry. If you have problems with delivery hero its not the customers fault. Plys we paid an extra $4 for no vegetables and every dish had vegetables. Never ever ordering from your takeaway again.

Great Laksa soup.The chicken is a bit different and I know some people I shared it with did not like it, I really like it though.Very generous portions and the chicken salt they use is really good.Friendly staff and all round pleasant experiences.

Just ordered Chicken Laksa and some dim sims, the delivery was quick which was surprising, however the when i took the lid off the meat and veggies to put the laksa over them, the smell of off chicken hit me, i then dug around a little and found peices that were green. other bits were slimy... very disappointed. chicken is the cheapest meat on the market, no need to be that stingy with it.the Dim Sims were ok hence the two stars.

This place is absolutely awful. Never go hereOrdered the satay chicken and the “chicken” itself was pink. It was also gooey, fell apart in my partners mouth when taken just one bite, and the sauce definitely wasn’t satay. Broccoli in our satay was mush as well, definitely nothing here is fresh.The fried rice was sticky, tasted like coles brand stuff that you buy in bulk. The only good thing from our meals was the short soup but even the wontons were questionable.And don’t even get me started on how gross the shop itself actually is.WHS workers need to get this placed checked out ASAP

Hands down worse experience I’ve ever had getting takeaway !I ordered a Portuguese chicken burger and the “chicken” was like no chicken I’ve ever eaten it resembled and tasted like fish more then chickenAfter I traveled back to question what was on the burger and where on earth they purchased their “chicken” it was on they started yelling and refusing to give me my money back. After a heated couple of minutes I received my money back and was told to never come backReally disgusted by the food and service

Delivery is good but food taste bland. My first order via menulog but definitely would be the last! Don't waste your money!!!

I would never order from here again the lemon chicken batter you could not put your fork into it,it was hard overcooked and the lemon sauce looked like dirty water. The salt and pepper squid was tough overcooked and the batter was too hard to put in your mouth. Mongolian lamb was gluggy. I rang the restaurant who told me they have been in business for over 10years and noone has ever complained??. Food ordered through Menulog. They came and picked up the food now just need to wait for refund from Menulog....don't even deserve 1 star4 weeks later still waiting for my refund...what a liar the manager is.I mvery disappointed in Stafford St Chinese, the manager and Menulog...do the right thing refund my money...you picked it up and took it from me

Felt sickened by the food, (I'm the least fussy person around) the chicken was mainly large bones with fat and crumbs hanging off. Delivery driver was strange. The woman who took the order was sighing and seemed like she couldn't even wait to hang up the phone. The food did come in large quantities but there's no point when it's so gross it had to be all thrown out.Never again.

Always great food everytime. They always make it to suit my dietary requirements. The best Chinese in Penrith area.

ordered a delivery for the first time ever today. will probably be the last. the phone conversation with the staff was so difficult I had to repeat my order about 4 times. we ordered the Chinese green veg in oyster sauce and received mixed veg. the fried dim sums were soggy and under cooked. but the fried rice and salt spicy chicken was the best. will give them a second go but will order over the counter.
