Excellent customer service by Steve and the birthday cake was amazing!!! We ordered the tuxedo with 2 favours and it was absolutely perfect! Massive hit with both kids and adults and will definitely order again. Highly recommend!

Not sure who worked tonight, but thank you for going above and beyond for my Uber order. I left a note on my order saying “its my birthday tomorrow and we tested positive for covid, :( can you do something special please?” And the team left me a beautiful note. Will definitely keep ordering from you!

The ice cream tastes nice, but when you pay almost $20 for 4 average sized scoops, the sick feeling doesn't come from the ice cream.

If you like your ice cream icey like it has melted then refrozen, then you will love this place. Nerang is missing a GOOD icecream or gelato shop. And for what it is, it is quite expensive? I would rather travel out of the suburb than go here. I had an awesome homemade gelato from Broady that was sooo much better and half the price...Also your sticky date sundae thing, if it was proper date sauce not just caramel sauce, would have been ok.

Under staffed on a Sat night only 2 staff serving counter whilst juggling menulog and uber eats at the same. Time staff were doing very well under the circumstances.

Awesome! The Girl who served me was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Even offered to get me the calories for the cone when she noticed I was checking them on the icecream . Much appreciated Ty :)

Bit expensive, actually very expensive to be honest. Good if your feeling wealthy. Too much money for one ice cream for kids.. seriously... Who pays 10 for single scoop.. rip..
