Hillcrest Pet Resort

My dog Sharni loves coming for her holiday here with Colin & Jo. They care for our pets & are extremely loving. Cannot wait to drop her off again so now booking my next trip. Thanks Jo & Hillcrest

i went to drop my dog off before going on holiday and was horrified upon arrival as their entry looked like a rundown junk yard that was poorly maintained and right off the highway. i was instantly put off from leaving my dog with them especially after reading about dogs escaping and being hit by a car on the highway. this put me in a tough situation for a safe place for my dog to stay but i was told about MadPaws and was able to find such a lovely family that was so understanding of my situation and made me feel so much better about leaving my dog with them. i would never recommend Hillcrest Pet Resort to anyone that cared about their pets well-being and safety.

Firstly, what a relief it is to find a place that loves my boy like I do, so that makes the guilt of leaving him so much easier to swallow. Jo makes all the effort to ensure the dogs are comfortable but also have a good experience, ensuring the younger dogs get support from others and socialisation as well. It’s so easy to organise stays (especially when you go away there’s lots to organise so the convenience of booking and drop off is appreciated!) Pabs looks forward to his next stay and loves his time with Jo for extra special treats ;)He comes back excited but exhausted- a happy balance!And not to mention the pictures you receive! (My favourite part!)

I use Hillcrest pet resort to look after my puddy cat.They go above and beyond and the facilities are clean and tidy.I highly recommend there services and pricing is great to.

The staff are really lovely and obviously love dogs. They sent me photos of my dog playing which set our minds at ease, as an adopted dog we hadn't had long. He seemed to love his carer too.

Thank you for taking such good care of my little Man Piccolo.It was good to know he was being cared for so well while i was away. Happy Husky!We know when our pup has had a good time because at pick up he will be full of excitement and tell us all about it.. and he did! Thank you so much to Jo for the beautiful care and sending through some photos too! He smelt beautifully clean and was brushed too. Thank you for your wonderful care.

What a rip off. 3 dogs in 1 pen; $25 night each?. When we got home he was starving and stank to high heaven. Never again

Jo is fantastic and is such a genuine caring person. We have sent our pooch Koko there twice during our visit to Hervey Bay and I know that she’s been well looked after during her stays.
