Kmart Armadale

Walking distance from Armadale train station. Shop is very clean, had lots of range and stock. Very happy.

We went in to find men's work wear and found what we needed quickly and easily. The store was pretty clean and orderly, and the staff friendly.

The staff have always been pleasant and can’t fault them as people.I’ve had alot of issues with the online ordering, notifications and confirmations.I don’t get notification or nor does it update when it’s been picked up.Picking up the order has been painful 2/4 times and had issues with well meaning younger staff member that clearly is in need of training, which tried to locate my order bypassing via name and order number and opting rather to look for it via size... in draw full of 6x4s.Sadly today are the cake, painful customer had place bought to stand still for 10+ min... I’m sure the staff entering in/out store doors would have helped if able to.Today was a Public holiday and management obviously thought it was reasonable to have a delightful lady that I could not believe hadn’t lost it and walked out alone over a over mentioned customer working alone and not aided when under pressure. Also having 4 customers (3 which) not progressing for 5+ min.Normally don’t have a prob with quality or presentation of order... order of 200+ pics, some x1 x2 x3 had printed for myself and up to 4-5 others.Took me over and hour to get all the copies together.It was like they had been shuffled or dropped on a floor and picked back up.Also got photos with errors caused in printing.

The store is filthy and hard to navigate both in terms of layout/using a trolley or pram. As of yesterday there were multiple stock trolleys left on almost every isle I tried to go down. When I tried to find a team member there weren’t any around or even near the stock trolleys which you’d assume there would be, it’s like they were in the middle of night fill and decided to go home and leave the store to run itself. I counted a total of 3 staff - one on the door, one on tills and one at the customer service desk, and I was there for just under an hour.

Always used to love going here. Now, the front door staff treat every single person like a criminal who is going to nick stuff from them. Hang on, it is Kmart who out the checkouts in the middle of the store and then make us get checked like shoplifters every time we leave. And we get to pay for this privilege. They need to learn risk profiling. Or risk offending plenty of otherwise low risk respectable customers with their attitudes at the front door. Stop tarring us all with same brush as the deadbeats who live around here.

Great store, can always find things much cheaper than at other places and the staff they employ here are lovely!

Their click collect is hopelessly slow. Even though there are staffs at the front, they pretend that that are too busy or wont care less to serve you while waiting in line for a long time.

The store is always so dirty and such s messStock always everywhere all over floorHardly stock and always drinks and food left everywhere on shelves etc.Puts one off shopping there unless have toIts like no one cares about the shop and you never see anyone stocking or cleaning or sorting clothes etc…Its a mess compared to other Kmart stores

Kind front of staff girl today helped my 84 yr old Dad by pointing him in the right direction to find what he was looking for. Unfortunately they didn’t have what he wanted, but upon our exit of the store the front staff member remembered him and had a little chat to us as we left. It’s a nice clean store, well laid out and lots of variety.

Phoning the store after 10minutes, still didn't answer. I know that there is no staff, shouldn't have a phone, that goes unanswered.
