Williams and Taylor Artisanal Hampers

I cannot recommend Williams & Taylor enough. I was scouring the Internet looking for a really beautiful artisanal hamper that wasn’t overpriced and could deliver reasonably quickly for a belated birthday present. I am based in Melbourne, so I initially skipped over the Adelaide-based business. However, I was searching by the Google images function and I just kept ending up back at photos of the Williams & Taylor hampers. I decided to reach out via their Messenger app and see what the possibilities for delivery were. Neil responded immediately and was incredibly helpful. He answered all of my many questions and worked quickly to make sure that the hamper made it into the next outgoing dispatch. He was incredibly flexible and generous throughout the transaction, offering different wine options to make sure the gift was absolutely perfect. This process was so easy and stress-free, it felt like I was in pre-COVID times interacting with a real person! The hamper (‘Long Distance Love’) arrived within the week looking exactly like the online images and the birthday lady absolutely loved it. I’d encourage others to support this great small business!
