Colin was great . He arrived when said he would. He fixed my antenna problem in no time, and he explain to me all the way through what he was doing and how he was going to fix it. I would recommend Colin to anyone who is having problems with their antenna. He’s very knowledgeable.

This was our 2nd time having Colin come around and do his magic, this time to install a new antenna point and mount a tv on the wall. Colin is amazing, very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always does a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

Colin is a rare breed! What we all want is a service guy who is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, efficient and respectful of our property. Of course a sunny disposition is also welcome and Colin does not disappoint on any level! He is all of the above and not only has systems in place to expedite a solution but does so at very reasonable cost. This is not the first time we've used Colin to solve a connectivity issue and it won't be the last. We really appreciate his professionalism and regard for customer satisfaction. 5 star service from Colin when installing a wall mounted television on a brick and concrete wall. I was doubtful we would get it right and expected to have to live with visible power cables hanging from the tv but with Colin’s experiences, patience and tools we were able to hang the tv and hide the cables without drilling through into my neighbours bedroom. Definitely recommend for future work.

After many days of tv screens with lines, no signal or service we called Jim's Antennas and Colin arrived less than 24 hours later.We thought after 25 years it could be our antenna, which Colin confirmed. He explained what he needed to replace, with it all being old, and we were happy with his quote. After installing the antenna, he tuned both tv's, which are now perfect.Colin was professional, friendly and clean. We would be happy to recommend him to others.
