I had a minor issue with the delivery of an item so I called up the store to check in on what’s going on. Turns out there was some stock issues which was somewhat as expected due to Covid.Long story short the gentleman who I was on the phone to spent time to with me to resolve the issue and offered me a similar product that’s slightly more expensive, without me incurring the additional cost.It was the super kind gesture and the people skills from the gentleman which has now made me a lifetime customer of this store. I will be a recommending this store to my soccer club.The order was even dispatched the day I called.Thank you, you made my day today!

Very Good store, lots of variety and good price. Costa explained all the pros and details and Jaime served me and all was very kind and thoughtful. Will definitely be back. ( Got some Uhlsport Hyperact Absolutgrip goalie gloves )

Issues with gloves - both size 6 (marked) same company produced them different range name. I think the problem is that they were mis-labelled. Simple to fix. Two weeks after filling in the refund request i received approval" to send them back and wait to be advised of my refund.... There are other companies with much smarter response times to these questions

Honesty I was surprised. They have a wide range of muchandise from various teams, the expected and not. Mostly shirts but other items too. Also friendly and ready to help staff.

Great customer Service. Found myself in a bind and needed some items ASAP. Saw that the website did not offer express postage so I called the store and spoke with Costa who arranged the items to be express posted personally.Keep up the good work!
