Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. My car has a warranty issue and when told there was a 4 week wait for an unknown fault with a engine malfunction" light I informed them I would get advice in regards to the situation was then refused service even it being under warranty and hung up on!"

Absolutely appalled by the custom service in the service department.My car was in the store for a simple part replacement,When an employee messaged me about my car using filthy language to belittle me in the situation. I wasn’t comfortable having my car in the workshop anymore so I paid money out of my own pocket for it to be towed elsewhere to get fixed.The so called “manager” of Manning Valley Automotive, rang me to tell me that it wasn’t able to go through warranty, which was fine. I proceeded to tell him what had happened with one of his employee’s messaging me about a work matter and said To him I will be taking this disgusting behaviour to head office, his answer to this was “we will come after you if you do.” - appalling management skills. Definitely Would NOT recommend this business to anyone, for either service or vehicle purchase.

Totally dissatisfied with the service received for my new 2020 demax. Will find somewhere else for future servicing .
