Great experience. Food was tasty and the well prepared, service was friendly and fast. When I went at 10am it was very empty and quiet. Ordered a $4.95 lunch sub box, the chips, gravy and sub was warm and tasty. The onion rings were very crispy too. Very good filling portion and affordable.

The food might be delicious, I wouldn’t know, it’s been 30 min since we ordered and we still haven’t gotten it. I have observed 90% of the people who did get their food coming back as something was missing. They have taken the fast out of fast food.

Very quick service if your a sloth. They weren’t over staffed. The chips were so salty they knocked 10 years off my life. I asked for a salad and ended up with a chicken and bacon burger. 2|10

My experience with Red Rooster in Lithgow is discusting. The venue is so run down with tables missing, wires hanging from walls. The bathrooms are absolutely discusting, I don't know when the last time they have been clean even the toilet brush is putrid. The staff take so long to serve customers let alone for the food to come out. The staff seem to considerate on the drive through before customers in store. When the food eventually comes out the order is wrong and or cold. The owner needs to get their finger out and do something about Its. Red Rooster it's not a good look for your chances of restaurant's

Can’t fault the service at the Red Rooster. Young staff were polite and the food was quick, fresh and up to the Red Rooster brand.Someone else mentioned the store was a bit dated which I tend to agree and a tip for management would be regular toilet cleaning schedule for high traffic days, it was pretty gross and hadn’t been attended to for awhile.Take away is take away, good service and food.

We stopped at Red Rooster Lithgow on the Monday lunchtime on the last day of a long weekend. The roads were busy with weary travellers heading home.This particular Red Rooster was struggling with the amount of customers when I visited. The staff were under pressure but they kept hard at work and got everyone served. Sure it might have taken longer than expected and the quality was slightly down on the usual high standards.Thank you staff at Lithgow Red Rooster, you fed lots of hungry people and kept me going so I could deal with the ridiculous road conditions on my way home.

Front door is filthy and bins are overflowing. Toilet was filthy too.My Chicken was Luke warm. My friend's chicken was cold. No napkins given at all.

Red rooster Lithgow was a good experience. Food was hot, fresh, tasty and timely. Appearance of the dining room could of been cleaner and tidier. Being generous giving 2 stars.Long wait on food, chips were cold, nuggets were barely warm, male and female toilets disgusting - rubbish on the floor and the toilets needed scrubbing, high chair filthy, uncomfortable seating, tables hadn’t been wiped over, bins were full. Not a nice way to present a business. With McDonalds right across the road it’s a wonder this red rooster has any customers.
