Wow, what an awesome shop, so much to choose from, lots.of ideas... Loved it...

This shop could not care less. I purchased four FLOOR items from this shop on Sat 15 June and paid more than $4000 and to collect the items in few months after completion of my renovation. The sale person, the daughter of the store owner, did not inform me their return policy. She should have told me there is no refund policy so I would have measured the new built room first before making a purchase. On 21 June, LESS THAN A WEEK, I rang the shop to request for a refund for the coffee table as the table is big for my new room. The same sale person said she has no authority to refund but can issue a credit note. I did not accept a credit note and she in response assured me the store manager can accommodate my request and come up with a resolution and that’s the way should be.I visited the shop on 27 June, faced the same sale person in the shop. She said the store manager will phone me ASAP. I received no phone call so I emailed the shop on 2 July. I received a response on 4 July from the shop that the sale person is away and will get in touch. Today finally I received a phone call from the store manager indicating she can not issue a refund as they don’t have a refund policy.I visited the shop for the first time and in good faith I purchased more than $4,000 worth of FLOOR items. I was not told that there is no refund policy. The shop did not order any items for me. Nothing was delivered to my place and the table was not even removed from the floor and was not packed away. No sold sign was put on the item.I am very disappointed with the way the shop is managed. It took them 17 days as a business to provide an answer.I want to share my experience with other customers to not make the same mistake. I never come back to this shop. They are not reliable. Have a second thought if you want to shop here.

Staff here are extremely friendly and helpful.The shop has a beuatiful range of quant, rustic and glamorous homewares. Worth a look.
