REP is the agency I chose to dive back into teaching with when I arrived back in Australia. Morgan and Hanna, the founders, are friendly, passionate and meticulous individuals who made me feel welcome from the get go. Everything from the first getting-to-know-you meeting (face to face!) to the scheduling was smooth and hassle-free. They work with really good schools and I was always given a very detailed prep document so I knew exactly what to expect at each placement. REP is an excellent boutique agency for any CRTs looking for an inclusive and empathetic team!

The fact that you are both still relatively fresh out of the classroom and know what schools need makes a difference. Knowing that teachers are carefully matched according to the needs of the school, class and, in some circumstances, individual teachers makes booking with REP a lot easier.Communication is faultless, both booking confirmation and messages to update on teacher availability.The booking of agency teachers can be a stressful process, working with REP took a lot of that stress away.I cannot recommend them highly enough.
