Very good dog groomers. Very friendly customer service and did a great job multiple times with my dog Benji.Gets a wash and a great even trim every time, even gets his nails cut. Not too costly as well, definitely recommend this place!

I have a 17 year old dog who’s blind and deaf so grooming appointments can be really traumatic for him. Pat did a great job, he has to be one of the nicest, considerate and kind hearted people out there, I can’t speak highly enough of his qualities. Thanks Berwick Paws!

Terrible professionalism. I’m not someone that leaves reviews but the experience I had with this business is on ANOTHER level!Left my dog for an overnight stay to test the waters before making the decision to leave him there for a week when on holiday. Told the business owner that my dog had food aggression and gave him my own food to feed and instructions of when to feed. The next morning, my dog had vomit stains on his paws and owner said that the dog vomited the night prior because my dog swallows food too quickly and ate other dogs food. I thought it was a misunderstanding and decided to let it go. My dog had explosive diahrea at 4AM when I brought him back. Called the business 3 times and left texts, no response after 2 days. The business did not want to take accountability and blamed me for not telling them my dog cannot digest regular dog food, only that it had food aggression, even though I gave them what to feed and instructions on when to feed and if my dog have food aggression, there should not be any food accessible to my dog to begin with! Very rude to me on the phone, talking over me, only wanted to defend his business. I decided to not argue with him anymore and we ended conversation. He sent screenshot to me of what food aggression means and the customer form I filled out which he said he’s not liable because I didn’t write anything about a medical issue with my dog. Even though it’s not a medical issue, if the business has been doing this for years of taking care of dogs, they should know that not all dogs behave and will tolerate all foods the same way. The way he approached this is downright petty and disrespectful. Approach this business with caution.

Lyla is a very timid golden retriever who requires a lot of patience and understanding.Pat has done a wonderful job of grooming her and we couldn't be more pleased

Thank you Emily from Berwick Paws in Narre Warren South for nothing.You had me booked in, after checking your calendar, for looking after my pets while I went away.You arranged to have a meet and greet on the Friday, as I appreciated that you are busy, 2 days before we left. After several unanswered calls and messages, you didn't show.I had to make other arrangements in such a short time.Not very professional at all.
