Australia Post - Lindfield Post Shop

Polite staff and have always been quick to help and serve customers. Quite a small post office however they do still stock small gift options and greeting cards.

Don't even bother with this slow and dull post office with no positive vibe at all! ! !The staff here looks like they DO NOT want to be working at all. They look LAZY and can't be bothered when you asked them some questions regarding about international postage and renewing the Australian Passports. I am definitely NOT coming back again!

The staffs are very helpful. Waiting time could be long on Monday but it's not the staffs fault if they need to attend all the requests.

This post office has the slowest and inefficient staff in the whole Greater Sydney.There is only 3 people working at this office. 1 manager and 2 other staff. This other staff Asian woman is the slowest worker I have ever seen. Took her 10 mins just to find me some stamps. Took her another 6 mins to check the price. Took her 16 mins just to find some stamps and the price. Ridiculously slow! She is not fit to be working there.The other blondie woman is slow as well. She cares more about her nails than serving customers. Absolutely a big joke for Australia Post to employed this sort of people as their staff. The manager always hide inside the post room at the back. I wonder why??Minus 1 out of 5 stars rating hands down!

Terrible experience at the counter this morning (26/10/2019). Came in to take passport photos, paid in full and then I was politely waiting for him to ask for my email address for the photo to be sent (as the service was advertised) but was dismissed and said he has no time. Went back home and saw the 18.95 I paid for included the email service. Drove all the way back again and only to be told aggressively told I should have asked for it in advance and was having a go at me. He threw the photos up and said he’ll do it for free and lashed out at me as if I was the one at fault he was doing me a favour. when I showed what was advertised on their website he blabbered something and waked away and got his colleague to serve me. I hope Australia Post takes action at this employee who needs to be given some training on basic customer courtesy. Ruined my whole weekend.

It's about half year ago. I went to pick up the parcel sent to the post shop. The staff kept asking me 'what's your address?'. I told her the parcel was sent to this post shop and I can show her the tracking number so my address is not needed. She insisted to get my address and searched her computer and told me no parcel from this home address.I said again that the parcel was sent to the post shop and her colleague helped a bit. Then she returned to me and complained that I didn't say the key word parcel collection".2 pts since I still got the parcel."

Quick and painless passport processing. Much better than my local post office. They will have my business in the future!

Quick and friendly service every time

This post office is a joke. Very slow, inefficient, and have zero customer service. They are not clear with their words and look like they don't want to be there. They are lazy and don't know what they are doing, often asking around the staff members from behind the counter and going into the back. Terrible doesn't describe how bad this place is.
