Loving it. Reasonably priced. MUFFIN BREAK is available for us adults. The place is clean, also with the toilets and seating areas. Play areas are also clean, and about 3pm, a staff member vacuum the carpets around the play area, and also cleans the tables and toilets. Overall, very much enjoys the time.

I had 4th birthday party for my son there and I can’t thanks enough, it was amazing experience, kids enjoyed as much as parents. We really loved it, great management, friendly and supportive staff specially Tayla, definitely recommend it to everyone.

Not happy with customer service at all. There was mature aged male staff (he could be staff member or manager) was cleaning tables and he start spraying on a table which was occupied and an older lady was sitting and he starts spraying cleaning agent. Poor lady had to move her bottles and food stuff and she was awkward with the whole thing and let him keep going on with that sh**y behaviour. He seems bit grumpy towards her as well. It was so ridiculous to see the whole thing. I really wish I could have speak to that man straight away but I got caught up with my little man.Young staff seems pretty good and friendly but that particular “gentleman” was behaving like an a**hole.

This place ROCKS! It's more than a plsycentre, it's where parents can regroup, rebalance & recharge. This place is responsible for me having a much needed breather.The coffee is okay. Food hmm okay (im a raw no sugar kinda person which isn't catered for). BUT WE DONT GO THERE FOR THE FOOD!!!My 3 year old has heaps of areas he can SAFELY play in & on. He never wants to leave & nor do I.This place is my heaven for a little space for me.

A bit of a disaster when it's busy. We were there for a 5th birthday, the party itself was good and the room was cool for kids. The issue was random kids were coming in to the party room and having to be told to leave, kids riding the bikes through all the tables and chairs in the general seating area which makes it extremely hard to manoeuvre around them. In general I feel it's poor planning here compared to others within the areas. Sorry but who wants random kids hijacking a party or having to dodge kids riding bikes while you carry hot coffee back to your table. We go to play centres so kids can play in the DESIGNATED area and parents can have a moment of reprieve

This place is ridiculous small. Compare for other in door play, is small, lack of table. We come here at 10 o'clock (they open at 10), and there are 3 4 table left only. But a long queue outside. We ordered toaste but miss one, the employee has extremely poor attitude and question us We got it already. Totally disaster. And inside Playground is not clean as well. My kids socks pick up so many underneath

My kid always has a good time here, sure it’s busy but it’s like that most places. Coffee is alright. Food is nice. Good options. The main problem for me is that most of the time there’s just a bunch of feral kids climbing up the slides when there are other children waiting to go down. Really not fair on the kids who are waiting, having to constantly contend with people running up at them. I deffo climbed up slides as a kid, but never would have done it when there’s a queue of people waiting to go down. Suppose that’s more of a parenting issue, but it would be nice if the staff kept an eye on the situation.

Very small play area ,they cramp alot of people in there.There should not aloud bike riding around the tablesNot clean at all ,very hot.I definitely won't be back ,like I said way to small .

Awesome place. Great atmosphere. Food was yumm and good sizes. Staff were friendly and helpful. My almost 3 year old had a fantastic time. Definitely going back.
