Where to even begin. If more stars were available, I'd give them as many as possible. We came to them after a negative experience with another centre and they completely went above and beyond to ensure that we felt safe, comfortable and happy with the care here. I always felt that my questions were valid and important. They took all the time needed to answer them fully and to my expectations. The educators are NEXT LEVEL!!!! The care factor is WOW. The activities are so creative and thoughtful. The administrative staff are so pro-active and kind. The director is so lovely, she is so communicative and attentive. I just couldn't say more positive things about Goodstart East Brisbane. Thank you for all that you have done for our family.

I am carer of my 2 year old grandson who is in this centre. My daughter also has her 9 month baby here. She has been with this centre for 6 years, loyal and been happy to keep her children there even though she is now not living in the area.This place only cares about getting paid their monies, it doesn't matter if you caught covid from the centre, no fees waivered if you get the child's immunisation done late, end up with a $1200 bill and when told them she had been sick and even ended up in hospital with covid, she's not working, they didn't care, so she said will have to pull son out, cannot afford to send him, they then said you will still need to give 2 weeks notice. They refused to waiver the fees and said contact Centrelink. So she did and Centrelink were shocked and said, oh usually if this happens, most daycares will put account on hold and or waiver the fees.I am upset at the level of loyalty in this place. When you bring 3 children through this centre over 6 years, always a paid customer, you would expect some compassion, at least put account on hold, but no, all they cared about is getting their money, and they want it in full . I cannot keep my grandson there knowing what they have done to my daughter and her family. I'm more than happy to give this place a thumbs down for their administration team and not giving a damn, doesn't matter how loyal you have been to this centre, they don't care.

Our experience at Goodstart Learning East Brisbane has been simply sensational. The care and attention paid by staff has been outstanding, and we have been impressed by the efforts undertaken by all of them - and not limited to those directly responsible for our child's care - to consistently come up with tailored activities that meet our child's interests and developmental needs, and to ensure that we feel included and engaged in his day-to-day life at the centre. Thank you, everyone at Goodstart!

My child attended from April 2019 - October 2019 and it was a traumatic experience to say the least. Chronically understaffed, high staff turnover, longest staff member was there for about 12 months and every day there were different people on at drop off which made my son very anxious. Area director was also quick to dismiss the complains at questions of worried parents. There are other places close by.

My child has attended this centre under the Centre Director, Claire and its lovely staff. The staff go above and beyond, my child has bonded really well to many room educators, excited by the varied activities and play options, and is happy at drop off and pick up. It's housed in an old Queenslander which makes it feel very homely, familiar and welcoming. Every enquiry has been met quickly, helpfully and cheerfully.
