We have been with Elevated Accounting since starting our current business 10 years ago. From the beginning they set us up for growth. David is always very quick to respond to both phone message and emails, always giving the professional advice we've requested. The communication from David and the office is always clear, relevant and keeps us up date with anything we need to know . I can highly recommend the team at Elevated Accounting. Having the right network of professionals has been paramount to the growth and evolution of our business.

Craig and his team have been both my personal and business accountants for over 6 years. Their professionalism, knowledge and trusted advice in a wide range of accounting areas such as business structures, acquisitions, business valuations, mediation and property is reflective of their many years of experience and broad knowledge. Very disappointed in the level of service provided. Once signed onto the books after a positive meet and greet, getting responses and advice is like pulling teeth. In my first year of business, Elevated were aware I required ongoing assistance as I'm no expert, so I signed onto their premium package. However as assistance I get 3 week late emails with screenshots and no in-depth help. Examples being that my BAS is late after needing to chase them up for it. Another being that I needed to chase up my tax return multiple times expressing my concerns. Once eventually processed and questioned, I still have tax owing (way over the amount I should owe for my new business with minimal income). I also had a large receipt pool and clean tax history (ie nothing owing). Emailed politely to say how disappointed I am in the lack of communication in the hope to get some service, however instead they retaliate to say how shocked they are and for me to move on to someone else. They mentioned a payment was late and that they'd tried to get in contact weekly, of which is untrue - as I've received no missed calls from their office, voicemails or follow up emails. I sent screenshots to prove this, as well as screenshots of payments processed and upcoming scheduled payments. If there was an account issue, all it would have taken was for them to call me to check and confirm the details. Elevated then proceeded to threaten me with legal action surrounding me posting a review. So unprofessional.** In regards to your below response, I'm very disappointed that you've again made up that you've tried to get in contact multiple times and said here's what actually happened." I'd received no calls
