I’ve recently started training at JDs and have felt extremely supported and welcomed from the very start. One of Jamie’s great qualities as a coach is that he makes the time to challenge, assist and encourage every single person, every class. The attention to detail, planning and dedication that Jamie puts into his program is what makes JDs a truly special place. I would highly recommend training here if you want a community centered environment with a coach who is an expert in his field and will support you 100% along your fitness journey.

I’ve been training with Jamie for a couple of months now and it’s the best decision I’ve made! It doesn’t matter what level you’re at when you start, you’ll see improvements very soon after. In my experience, Jamie challenges me to push myself just enough and is always supportive. He knows where you’re at and will get you where you should be! 100% I would recommend JD’s!

Best gym I’ve been to! Jamie has created classes that have great variety and are for all levels of fitness. Everyone is so lovely and encouraging and Jamie is great at keeping you accountable and pushing you to reach your goal. 100% recommend!

Jamie is an awesome trainer who has created a gym that is supportive and community driven.if you want to get into strength training this is where to come! It’s PT but in a group environment. Not many other places like this around. Well thought out program with progressions each week. Highly recommend!

I’ve just finished my trial at JDs and knew without a doubt I would continue my fitness journey here. Jamie has created an incredibly supportive and safe environment for women to learn how to lift heavier and train harder. You’ll find so much support, positivity and community here, and the workouts are equally challenging and rewarding. I’m so happy I found JDs and I can’t wait to kick goals! Never have I been so excited to wake up before the sunrise and workout before!

JDs has been a game-changer for me. I joined the gym after recovering from some health issues & l wasn’t sure how I’d go. Jamie was very happy to modify exercises when needed but also pushed me to work harder when he knew l could. With his constant support & encouragement, l have exceeded my expectations!! Feeling stronger, moving better, less aches & pains. Jamie’s level of care is over & above. Highly recommend!!!!

A great gym to train at! Jamie is so welcoming to everyone and it’s a lovely community of members at JDs. Every session is a good workout. Jamie is very supportive for members getting back into training with injuries and/or health concerns or anyone looking to improve their overall fitness.
