I’ve had several cars serviced and repaired by Johnson and his team at Artarmon Ultratune for years. He’s honest, reliable, knowledgeable and very reasonable in all his dealings. Service was hassle free. Johnson was polite and was on time with the work. Workshop area appeared clean and well maintained. The reception area was also clean and tidy. Price was more than competitive with similar BMW specialist workshops in the local area

I have been taking my car (10 year old Holden Commodore) to Ultratune for the last few years for regular logbook servicing and the annual rego check. Services have always been completed within the agreed time without problems getting aparts and without problems emerging after completion. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Johnson at Ultratune Artarmon is fantastic. After ringing around for advice and quotes where I was quoted outrageous prices by other mechanics including 3 Audi service centres and wait times of a few weeks, I came across Johnson. He was straight to the point, no fuss, knew what he was talking about but most of all he seemed honest and put me at ease. He booked the car in within the day, sorted the issue and kept pretty much to his quote. Johnson didn't ask for a review. I am doing it because great businesses need to be recognised.
