Elitessential Cleaning

Really disappointed with the end result. I needed a beautiful old lounge suite spruced up following a death in the family with around one hundred people due at short notice in my home for a wake. Elitessential responded very quickly and the job was booked. The booking time was changed twice and I had no problem fitting in with their technician but could not physically be there for the whole procedure. I was so disappointed when I came home to find the lounge suite had essentially been scrubbed and stripped and left to dry. No nourishment or polishing had been done at all and it looked like an old boot once it had dried out. After numerous texts and phone calls, including photos being forwarded I was simply left to my own devices so, after paying $160.00 had to roll up my sleeves and do it myself, which, with everything else, was the last thing I needed.There has been no follow up at all.
