Really appreciated the next-day service. The whole team did such a great job, with excellent communication, and prompt response, could not recommend their services enough.

Shocking experience. The sales person Alex seems professional and knowledgeable but don’t be fooled. The lazy, disinterested, rude, careless plumber he sent out to do the installation was something else. He had absolutely zero interest in speaking with me when I attempted to clarify some aspects of the installation eg where the pipes were going to be connected to the house as the location of the new proposed system was different to the old system. As a customer paying good money, you’d think you were entitled to have some idea of what they were planning to do to my home. He then went on my roof, broke my roof tiles and ridge capping before patching it up with a tube of silicone. At this point I requested they cancel their installation and leave my property before any further damage had occurred as I lost all confidence in them. When speaking with Alex, he was defensive and took no responsibility for the debacle that the plumber he had engaged had caused. We cancelled our contract and the only good thing is that we were able to get our deposit back. We’re still stuck with the smashed up roof that we have to fix at our own expense. Be warned and stay well away from them.

Had a new heat pump installed. From the time I called, the service was great. Super fast. Heat pump was installed within a few days of calling. Definitely recommend

On the Wednesday our hot water system failed, one call to Ureco and everything was quickly organized and by Friday our old system was removed and a new Reclaim HTW heat pump was up and running.The installers turned up on time and left everything clean and tidy.If anyone is considering a new energy efficient hot water system I would certainly recommend Ureco Solar hot water for their amazing customer service.

Ureco installed a reclaim hot water system for us back in early August. The install was very smooth and efficent with the kind installers even removing a mouse that decided to take a swim in my pool (rural property). We are beyond thrilled with the product, it works really well. We did get a bill via email following the installation from one of their contractors for the electrical work but one phone call to the nice lady on reception and it was all sorted. Would 100% recommend this product and company. Thanks again - loving my HOT showers.

We had our old (15+ years) Solahart unit replaced with the Envirosun, my queries about it were thoroughly answered and the price was competitive. The installer did a nice job, insulating pipes and replacing valves well. It looks like a great product, and so far it is performing exceptionally well, heating up the first cold tank on the Autumn day of install without the booster required. It is noticeably more efficient, only had the booster on once or twice after a few cloudy Autumn days.

I had an after hours issue which I incorrectly thought was the heat pump hot water system I had installed 4 months earlier. Alex (Ureco) surprisingly answered after 6pm on a Saturday and suggested some fault finding. Turned out to be a leak in old pipework under the water heat so not Ureco's concern. Thankfully, Ureco contacted their partner plumber and I had my leak fixed before 2pm the following Monday (happy tenants). Outstanding customer service and I even suggested to the plumber that their invoice might be too low. They said it was fair". I gave them a chance to review their invoice up

Ureco was recommended to me by a local plumber when my old gas storage hot waster system gave out late last year, and I am very pleased to say that the Istore heat pump installed has worked a treat since! It has significantly reduced my gas bill, and even my water use has gone down a lot without me really changing anything, which makes me wonder whether I had some leaks in the previous system too! I have installed solar PV since too, so have put the heat pump on timer to only be on during solar production hours to further reduce bills.I have also recommended Ureco to my neighbours when their existing gas system needed replacing, which menat that we were both able to take advantage of Ureco's amazing referral program :)The quotation phase was smooth, and the install team arrived as planned and efficiently installed the heat pump. Claudia, Alex and Bill were also available to answer my multiple questions about the system before and after the install.I did have a brick bin enclosure at the front of the units bumped by the install team's truck when reversing from the driveway, however this has now been fixed by Ureco contracors (and it was a very wide truck!:))Recommended company for anyone contemplating heat pumps!:)

I recently hired this company to install a hot water system in my home, but the experience was extremely poor. Their workmanship was so subpar that they caused significant damage to my roof and tiles during the installation process. In addition, I found a mess of wires and packaging materials left behind on my roof, which was completely unacceptable.What's even more concerning is that they neglected to seal the gap between the panel and the roof, which is a critical step in ensuring that my house stays protected from rainwater damage. Despite specifically asking if they found any broken tiles when the installation was done, they just said everything was fine. However, after they left, I discovered broken tiles around the area where the panels were installed.When I tried to contact the company to fix these issues, their customer service was even worse than their workmanship. They were unprofessional, rude, and even insulted me when I asked them to rectify the damage they caused. They refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes and instead tried to shift the blame onto me.Overall, I strongly advise against hiring this company. Their workmanship is extremely poor, and their customer service is even worse. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable and trustworthy company.
