Moved our pool table for us. Table was moved on their own schedule after hours. Fine, we can deal with this. Advised they could not get the felt top to fit correctly as they were putting it together. Expected this would have been a routine part of pool table removals that could be dealt with on the spot, but apparently not. Paid $900 for sub-optimal service and was advised they’d return at a later date to re-fit the felt top. Don’t understand why you wouldn’t prioritise a customer you hadn’t even finished a job for? Four weeks go by without hearing anything and we received a phone call asking if we’d be home the next day for a $1,200 re-fitting of the felt top (only $1,000 if we paid cash!). Called the store we bought the table from who re-fit it with no hassle and no payment. Would not use this service or this store again.

I went into store with my wife today to purchase a new pool cue for her, we chose the PALKO Gant Lumex and was told it was $240 as there was no displayed price. I was later shocked to find that on thier website they are currently on sale for $198 from $220 and not the $240 we were charged. im also not able to take it back into the store as we live in Toowoomba.
