Thank you to Rafael from A&A Spectrum carpet cleaning and dyeing for the great work he did on my stained upholstered chair and rugs. The initial job undertaken by his staff was unsatisfactory and instead of posting a negative review I contacted his office directly to sort out the issue. Rafael was quick to respond, and came straight away to attend to the chair and rug, and didn't charge me for the job. He showed integrity, honesty and genuine care - he deserves a 5 star not just for the quality job but for being an outstanding professional. Thank you Rafael!
