Domino’s Pizza Biggera Waters
Pizza was average as you would expect but when i returned after giving them a10 min head start, I sat there waiting. Its was raining so i was the only one in there at the time. Then waited another 10-12 minutes for others to come in and get served, other phone orders were dispatched and people phoning in new orders. While all along my pizza was already in the warming rack, I waited 12 minutes for nothing while my pizza started to get stale. Stale Cheese Yuk and pieces were cut to weird random sizes. a few only about 2 cm wile lol :-( . . . Never Never again :-( There a better pizza places everywhere . Heck there are many pizza places around here.

Poor customer service.I ordered spicy pappy paneer and they forgot to add paneer on top. So, I went back to restaurant and let them know the issue and request to add the paneer on top but the manager told me that they don't have the paneer in stock and also rejected to refund the money and the reason was I eat two slices of pizza. But they don't understand that I realised once I eat two slices of pizza that I didn't received a paneer on top.Such a Ridiculous customer service.

We ordered a Vegorama and a Supreme Pizza. Stood in the shop for 5mins while staff bickered and swore at each other then had to ask to be served. Got Pizzas home to find 2x Supreme pizza's.Terrible service Terrible food.

Domino’s Pizza Biggera Waters
Ordered 1 pizza, was not ready despite 40mins notice. When arrived, customer service was poor, front tv with name was not working (was on Microsoft windows screen). The lady taking pizzas out of the oven was rubbing her nose every 30 seconds, then making pizza boxes and putting pizzas in box without any gloves or cleaning hands prior. Disgusting. Food scraps everywhere on floor in kitchen. How this business is still operational with the standards I saw tonight is beyond me. Probably explains the below 3 star rating currently on google reviews.

Domino’s Pizza Biggera Waters
Last night my partner and I ordered pizzas. Went in to pick them up and was greeted by a very emotionally fragile young female and behind her a rack full of pizza boxes. People were waiting for their pizzas, then the man to the right with a hat on with badges attached to his hat started verbally abusing all the dominoes workers in front of all the customers. It was mayhem, the young girl or the guy cutting them didnt even know whos pizzas were whose, it was a mess. After sitting there for a good 30 minutes we were given cold horrible pizzas that werent even cut. The pizzas tasted horrible but the atmosphere in your store was worse. I wont be returning to this store ever.

The worst experience with the customer service, I’ve ordered in Uber, they put as I’ve already received, but I didn’t. I called and the manager told me they called twice but they didn’t even arrive. He start telling me and saying he has evidence of the calls and that I was lying, and that they are going to sent another delivery but whenever they want. I waited in the door for 20 minutes and then the delivery arrived so tired because he was the only delivery working, he apologizes and it wasn’t even his fault, the manager didn’t even know which order I was talking about, he never asked details of the order and I didn’t called with the same phone number.Thank you to the delivery guy, he deserves 5 stars, working till late.

I ordered a garlic parmison and chicken pizza with extra garlic sauce but got no sauce swril. I ordered buffalo wings and only got the normal ones. I ordered chessy garlic scrolls but had not garlic butter on them. I ordered the vegorama pasta and got the wrong one. Waited over an hour for the food and the app said the order was ready in store for at least 30 minutes... food was awful and pizza was soggy. I will not be returning here. Staff have a lack of care

Domino’s Pizza Biggera Waters
Tonight I ordered a Godfather pizza with anchovies. No idea what I received but it definitely wasn't a Godfather and definitely did not have anchovies. Also the pizza was poorly cut, as usual from this store. The girl responsible for cutting appears to have a bad attitude and no personality whatsoever. Extremely disappointing.I definitely did not get what I paid for. My next decision is whether I should report it to Fair Trading.

Have been a regular customer only because they're local. Very hit and miss. Received last two orders wrong. No chicken on our chicken pizza, 3 brownie pieces instead of 6. The store never answer their phone. Mostly poor customer service, staff argue alot infront of customers. There are so many bad reviews on here and only get cut and paste response from the owner. To the owner, I suggest hiring new staff if you care about your business.. to customers, I recommend not buying from Domino's Biggera Hollywell
