My experience at Bolume was amazing and so comfortable! My amazing hairdresser Sara/Sarah had done hair bleaching and colouring on me with the help of 2 lovely hairdressers which I didn’t get the chance to grab their names. They were so nice and accommodating making sure I was comfortable, they had offered me tea or coffee during the appointment! So so lovely, and I had such a great result at the end. Thank you so much Sara and the lovely 2 hairdressers I am so happy! The pricing was reasonable, super grateful customer. Will be coming back again! ❤️

I came here to have my hair treated and dyed in another color. I ended loosing too much hair due to a lot of bleaching and staff were not very polite and they did not recommend to stop the bleaching. Kept talking in their own language and when it was nearly time to close the salon, all they wanted was the money and to get me out as soon as possible. I will never come back.

I was initially going for an ombre look and showed them the pictures. While i do understand since I have box dyed my hair, we went ahead to try bleaching my hair twice and the result was not too pleasant, which was not too surprised.She later on recommended dyeing the upper part with a dark brown colour and aimed for a gradient result. My hair colour ended up looking like damaged hair with 2 inches of grown out roots. Nothing close to what we had compromised on.I really was not mad about the bleaching part cause it was all expected. But the dye, really had me speechless. My hair is now in a monotone brassy brown. No dark brown on top, no light brown at the bottom. It’s just a plain damaged-looking yellowish brown. Could be my problem but I don’t see how is this a natural gradient colour that we agreed on. She even did a colour test on my hair and still went ahead for it.Maybe I was just having too unrealistic expectations on what we could do about my hair, but I won’t be as disappointed if I paid way less than $500, for this. Won’t be coming back again but anything else was fine.

First time coming to this hair salon and I saw Melissa. I was removing hair extensions and dying my hair back to its natural colour. Melissa was very knowledgable and returned my hair back to it's original brown colour even though I had bleached/coloured it many times and box dyed it black. The service was lovely with attentive and kind staff, the atmosphere was also very cozy. I will keep returning to this salon and to Melissa as it is the one of the best experiences I have had when getting my hair done by far.

Great experience with Linda who helped me get my 50/50 blonde/light brown ombre back to my natural light brown. She was very patient and attentive and found the perfect color to match my natural hair. Thank you to Lilo as well for making my frizzy hair look nice and straight. Would go again for the great service and also for the most comfortable shampoo units ever!

Got a perm from this salon on Saturday. My hair is naturally straight and flat, and the perm really added that volume and texture I needed. The hairstylists were friendly and understanding, and from what I wanted the back and sides of my hair came out perfectly. The only problem which was somewhat dissapointing was the front of my hair. On the day I got a perm, the front was great, but 2 days later it is flat again, and is barely wavy. Other than that this hair salon was great considering it was my first ever perm and I had no clue what I was doing myself. Will get a perm again in a few months but will most likely ask for tighter curls at the front so they can be more wavier as they get loose.

I’ve been getting my hair done at this salon for years already; Soyoung and her team are always fantastic, professional and kind.Linda did my hair the last time and she was an absolute legend, so patient with me and my requests. The Shiseido permanent straightening that they do is perfect for thick, curly hair and it lasts months!Definitely going back for many many more years :)

I had a great experience today at Bolume. I got a colour, cut and treatment with Soyoung and the two other lovely ladies there. Communication was clear as she me options and then giving a professional recommendation on which hair treatment to go with. The job was done thoroughly and customer service was very good from everyone. I was very happy with the results :) thank you! I highly recommend this salon.
