Felt like the staff cared more about my pet than the money which is unfortunately rare but very valued, The nurse that helped us first (I wish I could remember her name) was so amazing. Very bubbly person but super genuine.If I had to find something to Karen about it would be the Car park, but that minor inconvenience is quickly forgotten when you see the care and passion they have for your animal family.Hopefully Zena has ended her gravel eating days, but if not you will see us again.Thankyou again so much!!

Appalling advice and treatment by Vet, poor dog was terrified, behaved badly and we were all blamed accordingly. Took dog to another Vet who took a minute to engage dog and got completely different, and positive result. Other staff are brilliant, if only that was enough. Will not be back.

Just couldn't be happier. All the nurses and doctors are so nice and patient to our dog. So glad to be treated in here. We moved to a new area and went to see another vet close by. Unfortunately, just find them to treat our dog as piece of object. All they care was money and the service was just about business, so sad.

Came in with my partner for a checkup for their dog.The ladies at the desk were wonderful, kind and very helpful.The vet we had was very terse and not particularly welcoming to us, but we got the correct treatment and medication that was needed, so that's fine. but she really just acted like she didn't want us to even be there.and on top of that, a day after our visit, our dog has come down with the worst bout of kennel cough i've ever seen from her.Won't be returning here.

This vet is so money hungry it's a joke. Called up and was wondering where my $700 was going for a Op. The Nurse was extremely rude and impolite, talking over the top of me and I explained I record all convocations..Will never be using this service!

Great friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Still following covid safe policy of only one pet / customer at a time inside. And they've moved an exam table into the lobby so you can watch etc
