Mouse and headphones were not working properly, Wasted 15+ minutes of credits waiting for an update. Experienced frame drops on the computers. Yikes

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Words can't describe how horrible the customer service was. Absolutely DISGUSTING.

This guy charges so high just for print outs or scans poor communication and does not know how to deal with customers. Bad service don’t go here for internet or other types of computer related stuffs

The worst customer service there is. They're just Money hungry.

Called in advanced to book 11 computers, this venue expect us to bring there own keyboard and mouse also clean after peoples that previously used the computer before us. If you care about your health I would stay away from this place or you'll catch more then covid here.I would also like to add, customer service made my fiance blood pressure go striaght up to the roof and I will be hearing this bad experience we had none stop for the rest of our lives.

To expensive thy charge us 3 dollars or more for one hour on weekends they charged 4 dollars per hour

If you want to get ripped off, and waste some time on a Sunday night, this is the place to go. Called in advance, was told to just come in and make a payment. No seats, no keyboards, leftover food and filthy environment which the person serving refused to clean up. He refused to give us a refund, made excuses, and ended up ripping us off. Avoid this internet cafe unless you want to waste your time with horrible customer service.

Called in advanced came and got told theres not enough computers, made the payment and no seats were available. Wanted refund for standing around after paying and got ripped off $5. Computers were dirty and keyboard are sticky and food everywhere could catch covid just by breathing.

My family is down from Adelaide I decided to take them here because the google images displayed a nice environment but boy are the images deceiving! This place has an absolutely disgusting environment, smelt like a hot box in there probably catch covid 19 from this filthy place. Rubbish all over the tables with empty instant noodles and cans on the pc table he even told me to clean it up myself when I asked him if that pc area was available like what do you mean! did I pay to clean up after people? The customer service was horrendous he tried to rip my family off, all he wants is your money. He charged us and then we walked in and half the computers didn’t have any keyboards the monitors are all for show when they don’t even turn on. My cousin didn’t even get a computer tower no wonder it wasn’t turning on, the rest of us were just standing around waiting when he said to us before we paid that there are computers available… save yourself the trouble and don’t bother with this place “pass internet cafe” pssh “PASS” this place if you don’t wanna get high blood pressure from dealing with the customer service and foul environment. If I could give this place a -5 star review I would, absolutely gross.
