He was always there for us even answering calls during his day-off. Purchased from Peter at BMW Melbourne.After looking around for a specific model and specs, I found the car I wanted at BMW Melbourne (I’m from Sydney).I dealt with Peter initially via email as I’m constantly in and out of meetings. Peter was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I’ve never had such a smooth car purchase. We came in yesterday to enquire about a 1 series to compliment our X3 M40i. Despite walking around for 15 minutes and there being a plethora of staff wondering around, not once were we approached to see if we needed help. We then went upstairs to Used Cars, again wondered around and watched all the sales staff huddled in an office chatting. Definitely not the experience we expect from a BMW Dealership. We drove straight to Brighton BMW where we were approached immediately, offered a coffee and biscuit, the level of service was very different. Unfortunately this is not the first time we've had this experience at your dealership but we always give the benefit of doubt and thought we would try again. Very disappointing!

The interaction I experienced from Mr. Ben Erceg was probably one of the best experience I've encountered overall. From the first interaction, vehicle test drive and consistent communications in regards to the progress of the vehicle build, to the day of handover.
