Wholesale Garage Doors

I wished to buy a remote control for a garage. When the item arrived it turned out that Wholesale Garage Doors were charging $27 for small pieces of plastic and two small screws - not the remote at all. I immediately called up to arrange a return. The company took weeks to pay the refund, and when they did it was short by about 20%. I called up and the person on the other end of the phone behaved in a what seemed to me a highly suspicious way. He started out by suggesting the difference was shipping, and I reminded him that they have free shipping" plastered all over their website. He then wanted to know whether I had tracking on my return. I wonder why that was relevant? Was he hoping to suggest they had not received the return? (A bit strange

Ordered a couple of garage door remotes 7 days ago via Express Post but have received no email updates or tracking information regarding my order. I have also sent several emails requesting for an update but my emails are being ignored. Very unprofessional and disorganised company, will not purchase from them again :(.

Don't waste your time doing business with these peanuts. They'll charge you for express postage and stick your goods on the cheapest nastiest slow boat from China. Won't answer calls or emails. Absolutely terrible service. Steer clear.

Wanting to replace the garage door, I got contacted by the team after posting for assistance. Laura sent me the required paperwork to measure up for the new door. She rang to confirm a few details and we ammended it as per her advice. When I got the door home it was easy to install and fitted perfectly. I cannot praise her enough.

Laura was really great to deal with - all the other garage door companies I called insisted they needed to come out to measure - won't supply a door unless they actually measure - like I can't use a tape measure! Finally came across these people and EASY - great to deal with - communication the along the process was brilliant. I found the price to be fair too.

Laura helped me out obtaining a non standard door that I installed myself with no problems after their advice on how . Would recommend the company

Once in a while you find a business that does everything right. This is business. I have had several dealings with them now & I couldn't be happier. I find Laura, the person I have dealt with at all times to be courteous, efficient & prompt at replying to emails etc. Orders have been ready when she says they will be and they have been correct. Also I have been very happy with the pricing etc. I will be back!
