Ok the gent was on the phone when I got to the counter, but no mood or anything to acknowledge my being there. Finished the call and walked off for a moment then came back. Asked what he could do.Seemed a bit out out that I wanted a few different lotto tickets for my syndicate but got there in the end.Not the best in individual service but I got what I wanted so end result was ok.
