I asked Mickey to install a clothesline. It was a wall-mounted flip-down model. He installed it too close to the ceiling, so i couldn't disengage the lock and flip it down, and I couldn't use it.He told me it was my fault and refused to fix the mess unless I paid him more money. I pointed out that it couldn't have been my fault - I'd relied on him as the expert, I hadn't even opened the packet, let alone read the instructions, and he knew that because I told him and because he himself had opened the packet.I went back and read the instructions, and they clearly said how to install it and how much room to leave, so he couldn't have read them properly.Not recommended.
