Terrible customer services at the self services at 26 June 7:55pm. That staff member ( a male) throw the light item at me. And said its too light to weight. I told him i am trying to payNever going to do my shopping at this store!!!

Disgusting, sell off meat, off seafood. Dangerous. Uregntly need food health inspector to do spot check and try some of revolting meat products selling. Can kill someone. Eat at own risk!!Then when get to check out, use software to go through your trolley, stop you from checking out quikcly, then attendant comes and accuses you of stealing with ABSOLUTELY NO evidence. Too lazy to look at my receipts from elsewhere. Bullies, Rude, aggressive. Or get accused of stealing 15c bags, without ANY evidence. I avoid this place like the plague...Disgusting, stay away from this place.

For some reason the trolleys live in the carpark taking up many many spaces, tonight was the disabled parking spaces turn. Hopefully no-one with a blue badge needed to come to Westfield this evening!

Nice place. The best experience is scan and go. Got no idea why few people use it when it actually is faster than going to the self checkout or counters. Good friendly staff but don't expect other staff to be accommodating when they are tired, especially the one who do lifting, their humans, I have more bad experience seeing a customer mistreating the staffs than the staff mistreating customers. Yes, I do get head-on with the staffs unfortunately, but I have to move on, and I get frustrated. Well, it never comes to the point to swearing... sometimes, they don't get to do active listening because they're tired and have enough with silly customers. Anyway, keep up the good work.

I’m very familiar with this very busy and dynamic Woolworths. BUT I had an absolutely horror experience stuck on a full service checkout with a staff person who decided to have a major long and detailed chat while scanning the customer’s shopping in front of me.Sadly this staffer lapsed into such a comfortable discussion the scanning of purchased items almost crawled to a complete halt. I was stuck there so long I warned multiple other customers behind me to use another checkout. It’s difficult to say how much time was wasted but what should have been a 5 min scan time blew out to what felt like 15 mins.My photos will have my receipt, that will show the date, time and checkout where all this happened. This style of distracted ‘have a chat’ checkout service needs to be stamped out fast. You see as shoppers we have to get out of the shops quickly because we lead busy lives, time is money and if every shop has sluggish service that ignores a simple respect of service time all customers would be up for parking fees in wonderful Westfield Hornsby.Once I was served I explained to the ‘have a chat’ staffer she needs to rethink her use of working company time and respect customers time. You see Woolworths are paying for this lovely chat at the checkout. This staffer seemed shocked I was prepared to spell out how she needs to respect customers time.I’m sorry this is a very grumpy and descriptive review of a simple problem. But it’s something that a very busy Woolworths needs to address before more hapless shoppers get super frustrated stuck in a checkout where having a lovely long chat is far more important Vs serving customers in proper time.You see Woolworths, Coles is just a short walk away. I’m hoping this store can shake out the problem going on here.

Good quality fruit and vegetable, deli is good, meat, fish and chicken are excellent.Extremely busy but you can get through check out with a minimal wait

Most of the time no stock of veggies I need (like beetroot) and many items are more expensive than Coles. The pet food section is pretty much useless. Also very less Indian items. I like Coles in Hornsby way better.

I had a list of hard-to-get items (Gluten-free). I wandered the isles several times, asking attendants, checking and double-checking, and in the end I got everything on my list! The effort though cost me $10 in parking fees! Ah well! Better than a parking fine!

Some items had nearly 35% increase. Is that acceptable? . What is happening with online orders specially through Uber Eats? If you can’t prepare the order in timely manner then the store accept it in the first place. Was my favourite shop for the last 4 year. But now Time to find another stores

Today at lunchtime, I went to Woolworth's Seafood section to get some fish. Tickets are not available for customer to pick a number and wait in a queue. After waiting at the meat counter for a while, I walk over to the Seafood counter as I noted the same staff serve both meat and seafood. As the mature staff served a couple who asked for three salmon fillets, while I was stood there. After he finish serve the couple, I was just about to ask, but the mature staff ignore me and walked away to serve other customer at the meat section. After I waiting for quite sometime, I decided to give up buying meat or Seaford, what a wast of time!. Terrible customer services. So please implement a ticket system !!
