Scott and his teammate Athena were both really personable and understanding as we explained our needs. We were having a lot of trouble with our taxes and it they helped us a lot! They were also very quick once we got all our paperwork in.Their pricing was very reasonable.I found at the beginning their system was a little hard to understand, with not quite enough explanation. Once I made the appropriate enquiries it was very smooth.
