Doing the 8 week challenge has given me the motivation and accountability I need.I feel totally comfortable in this gym, no egos, just everyone encouraging you.Trainers take their time to ensure your form is correct and adapt moves if needed.The meals I'm getting are awesome, it means I don't have to buy groceries so no junk snacks in the house, and if I've had a long day it's awesome to walk in and know I've got a freshly prepared meal ready to heat n eat.highly recommend anyone try this gym, you won't be disappointed.

No need to search anymore , this is the only crossfit gym you need to go to! Felt like part of the family as soon as I got there. Matt and the team were so welcoming , had an epic workout , I will be back next time in in Penrith10/10 for me

Great trainers, that push you to your potential when you need that push. Its a great place to get fit and strong. Defiantly not like your standard gym so if you need that push NU Fit Penrith is where you should be.
