I've been with TIG for a year and have never had any issues. Any issues have been sorted without difficulty. The staff have been very efficient and knowlegable in attending to my requests. Good value for money and quite transparent.

One of my friend recommended TIG, honestly I had a best experience while getting services and after sale service is also best. New service means new experience and their team is very helpful and airways answer phone calls if can’t answer they always return my calls, for installing the modem to fix any issue, they helped in everything.Better thn all other popular and expensive brands.Thanks again team TIGFromCUMIN EXPRESSADELAIDE

I don't know about other people . We got NBN HFC for my home and business talk to local guys base in Melbourne. Excellent customer service and last 2 months no down time and reliable speed and good price as well.Got dedicated account Manager as well for our small business
