One of the staff members Christine" was too busy whining about the shifts she was doing and other team members rather than concentrating on the job at hand. The staff are usually good at this store though and very friendly. Isolated experience. Fuel is usually well priced."

Filled our car with fuel... Entered scanned 4c discount... System crashed... Peter was great never lost his cool.. made me feel like all under control .....then suddenly had four customers... Still while trying to fix system n on phone for help kept his cool... I have done mystery shopping...he would have got 110p.c if I was doing it at time.... he kept his cool.... went on trying to fix problem n dealt with me first n another 3 customers..later . credit to him... PETER PETROL... As I called him... (but he didn't hear)but good job Pete...
