Real Shine Car Detailing

Dropped off our Sedan that was shocking but picked-up what felt like a brand new car! Fantastic work. Would highly recommend Nathan and his team. They went through inside and out with a fine tooth comb. Great promotional deal at $199 for a Comprehensive Car Detailing too.

Absolutely dreadful customer service,the worst I have ever encountered! I booked for my car in for 11am and got there about 5 to 11 and waited and waited and waited,finally someone came into the office at 11.25. I could of ransacked the place twice in that time but anyway I took my car around at 11.30 and then went to a nearby lunch bar to kill time with a drink and book as was told it would take approx. 2 and a half hour's. After sitting in the lunch bar for nearly 2 hour's,i received a call from them at 1.40pm saying that they were just about to start the car and that I had to pay an extra $80 for all the (apparently) red dust I had on my car. So I just stormed back and demanded my keys and a refund so I wasted all that time for nothing. I later got someone to come out and do it and he said I didn't have a speck of red dust on my car since that only happens when people go up north. So not only do they have no customer service skills,their also fraudster's that try to flog more money off you for things that don't even exist. Avoid these thieves at all costs!

Would not recommend. Bought as a Groupon. Firstly upon being told that the job would take 4-4.5 hours total (I explained that I was heavily pregnant when booking so having the car back asap would be fantastic, was assured 4.5 hour max) The job took 6hours. Not sure what they actually did within that 6 hours but it sure as heck wasn't paying attention to 'detail' there was excess wax left on the exterior of my car. My glove box or roof lining wasn't attended to as described in the deal. My interior was left covered in a lathered on polish, my windows left streaky and the customer service was atrocious. Highly recommend saving your money and staying very far away from this business.

Its a Groupon deal at its finest. Can't see any prior customers recommending them unless they had a different service to me. Was a nightmare to get booked in, none of the trims were treated, the tray looked worse than it was when I brought it in. I didn't look like it had been waxed. I payed for the top treatment and it really wasn't up to scratch but if your going for a wash wipe and vac im sure they would do that fine.

Please don't use this business !I recently repaired their company car, a Toyota Camry which had major front end damage. It needed a front bumper, front fender & a new headlamp. At the time of repair the owner told me to also repair the rear bumper from a previous crash. Shortly afterwards their business closed. After several months I found out that they had not closed but moved to another location. I went there to ask for the payment of my invoice only to be told the previous Real Shine was sold and that this Real Shine is a new business so they won't wont be paying. After several attempts to recover my debt I am now being treated like a second class citizen and a fool. I will be taking legal action against this incompetent, deceitful, and very dishonest business. Please don't use them.

Idropped my daughters Alfa Romeo off and booked the comprehensive detail. When I picked it up the next day it was like a new car. Deffinately using them for my other cars.

DREADFUL DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!I took my car here to get it detailed so that we can sell it i wish i could turn back time and have never went here. I got the b3 package and paid $280 when i went to pick my car up (3 days after i dropped it off) it was dusty there were scratches on it that i didnt do also they chipped the paint and scratched my left back window tint verry badly so now have to get that fixed the car was not clean inside and out the seats were still wet and my car smells damp inside they also put the mats back in wet. They didnt even touch the boot my car is in worse condition than when i dropped it off the owners Nathan and Michael were so rude and verry unprofessional for business owners. I really cant believe how they have this business these kind of people r the very reason i dont trust anyone with my belongings this place is disgusting I am so angry and disappointed with there service that i want to take this to court they damaged my car and are refusing to pay for damages let alone a refund of what i paid. they had and old man probably an uncle or dad working on my car and he done i verry poor job. PLEASE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR DETAILED DO NOT GOTO THIS PLACE SAVE YOU A NIGHTMARE AND DAMAGES TO YOUR CAR AVOILD THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! we now have to find somewhere to get the scratches out and get the back window re tinted not to mention cleaning my car properly. this is the firt time i have ever had my car detailed and will deffs be the last.

I dropped my VW Touraeg and Benz Convertible off after seeing the excellent work they did on my daughters Alfa Romeo and I was not dissapointed. The attention to detail and superb finish the guys did on both these cars was once again to a very high standard. I did see some bad reviews, however you know the saying, opinions are like aholes, everyone has one. I have 3 out of 3 excellent experiences and would recommend these guys to anyone.

Bought a Groupon voucher to use here and made multiple attempts on different days and times via phone and email to book and contact with no answer or reply whatsoever. Very poor customer service. Will be requesting refund.

Grossly incompetent and very dishonest!I have had 4 cars cleaned with this business. 3 were done well and 1 car they did something to melt the window tint and must have cleaned the car stereo with liquid as it also stopped working. The owner insisted it was impossible to melt the window tint even though it had obviously been damaged. He constantly went back and forth on his word and I noticed a number of outright lies on his part. He made me run around and get second opinions from other businesses to verify the damage. Then once I did this he still refused to fix the damage.I paid $300 for a full clean and polish and received a damaged car in significantly worse condition than when I gave it to them.I would warn anyone who uses this business that if/ when they damage your car they will do everything they possibly can to avoid fixing the damage. I found them to be very dishonest and will never do business with them again.
