Healthy Care Massage

I recently visited this massage shop and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the massage itself left me feeling disappointed and in pain. Specifically, I experienced lower back pain and more tired after the massage that persisted for several days.Although I had communicated my concerns to the massage therapist during the session, I did not feel that my feedback was fully taken into consideration. While I appreciate the effort put forth by the staff, the massage technique used was not effective for my needs and caused me discomfort.In conclusion, do not recommend this place if you are looking for a massage shop.

One of the worst places to get a massage. On top of that they charge incorrect amount on HICAPS machine and make you pay the rest telling you to check with your health fund provider. $5 extra if you are paying via your health fund & $2 extra if paying by card. This place is a complete joke.

Very dodgy remedial massage. When they are busy, random 'therapists' seem to pop out of nowhere to do your massage. Massage itself felt like therapist had no training whatsoever.

My partner goes regularly and recommended me to try. Yesterday was my second time visiting, and so far I haven't been disappointed. All staff members I've interacted with were very polite and friendly. The massages I had were very effective as I felt much better afterwards!

I find Lava really good. I also had a massage from others in that store but they are less good. What is really disappointing that most of them don’t speak English well which makes booking via phone call sometimes very difficult.

The male massage therapist was very professional and thorough with the neck, shoulder and back massage.Many different massage techniques were used to target problem areas on my back.The place was clean, the temperature was comfortable and there were no unusual smells.

Best remedial massage, strong recommendations.

Ripped off. Won't be returning. $5 surcharge if you use your healthfund, 30minutes minimum and staff are very inconsistent with their techniques and time! Staff have finished my treatment ahead of time all 3 times I had been there.

I recommend these people. If you see the price you may be put off, don't be. The lady who massaged my back. Found the area that hurt and worked on it until it had eased. She did a fantastic job. I will definitely go back. Do yourself a favour and get it done professionally
