Love this place! I travel 1hr 30min each way just to go stock up for the best of the best!The lady is always so nice and inviting and i have never ever been disappointed with any product i have purchased from this store.It is certainly a hidden gem in the back streets of the Northern Beaches and no distance will stop me going there!

A favourite place for me to get my biltong. I like that it’s low fat compared to a few other brands & the consistency of the slices - nice & thin.Have tried Classic, Chilli, Chilli Garlic, Chilli Chutney, wagyu classic & wagyu chilli garlic. Classic & Chilli are my faves, can’t go wrong.Have tried their jerky & stokkies which are also very good!

We had worked from home for around 2 years, despite my lovely colleagues, the other thing I miss so much is the Biltong from your shop, I always buy $5 biltong when I had a walk with my colleagues in the past, glad to find out you actually have an online store, placed my order last Friday and got my biltong today! So tasty!!!!

Sorry to say this but I bought a biltong cutter from you and received it today. It had a shoe print on top of the cutting block. Looked like work boot pattern. The quality of the actual biltong cutter leaves a bit to be desired and the blade is completely blunt and has been fitted out of alignment with the timber base. The blade is so blunt that when I cutt the biltong it tears it instead of cutting it.You should really remove this product from your range or change the supplier or just do a QA before sending products out.Eitherway it is not a good reflection on your business.

I’ve tried many biltong places and nothing beats this place! Absolutely delicious! My average spend here is $100+ it’s so addictively good. Definitely a must try if you haven’t already!

The Biltong itself is pretty good and would highly recommend it.But the customer service was atrocious.The lady who was working at the Market store (Chatswood) gave us dirties when we asked questions and the vibe she gave us was, she just wanted us to leave and not buy anything.Have never experienced such bad customer service, definitely on the top of my list.

The smoky wagu was fatty, the original flavour comes as wedges of thin 'crisp like' pieces, that tastes like dog food (not being dramatical here, both my partner and I came to the same conclusion). I'm South African and have eaten biltong for many years, this was inedible for me.
