Spoke to the lady in the display area enquiring about purchasing a 900mm linear shower grate with an off set drain. What a joke her service was disgraceful walked out in disgust. I can definitely see why there were zero people in there.

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!So many employees standing/sitting there as we walked in, not one of them greeted us or looked like there were going to come and help.Walked in to buy a range hood the lady tried to send me to Harvey Norman, goodguys or Reece plumbing….. iv walked in here to purchase from trade link not else where!Have seen what I wanted online but she was not interested in helping order it in.
