I was instantly sold on the location of this site. The new train station is a major attraction for me with only a few stops to the city. I also like how they spaced out the buildings with landscaping unlike the high rise ones I'm living in the city currently. Looking forward to move in when it's ready!

I chose to purchase an apartment at Cowper Residences as I have lived in Footscray for over 2 years and absolutely love Footscray! This area in particular is home to such beautiful Victorian houses and the walk to the station from the Residences is beautiful. Hence, the location and proximity to the station sold me! The apartment itself has top-of-the-range kitchen appliances, and a very Danish-style interior.I honestly cannot wait to move in! And many thanks to Hew at CT Real Estate for assisting me over months of decision-making but I can happily say I am very satisfied with my first-home purchase!

This is my first new apartment purchase and, apart from CT Real Estate being really helpful, the property is gorgeous. Stylish and elegant in design and so easy to live in. It’s small and perfectly formed and provides comfort from the busy-ness of the city. The location is brilliant and the public transport are excellent. A great mix of residents. I look forward to growing into my retirement here.

After viewing several developments in the area and almost having a nervous breakdown because they all started to look the same, I happened to stumble across Cowper Residences and I pretty much was sold.Gorgeous, functional design with quality materials. The communal areas are fantastic with plenty of outdoor areas and greenery. Complex property management is also excellent.Happy to be living here.

It's very close to the train station and adjacent to Footscray's Arts/heritage precinct. Also near the Maribyrnong river and its walking/bike riding paths. We think a major attraction is it's a low rise quality development minus the useless features (no swimming pool, no library, no residents' dining room etc....all of which would add to body corporate fees). It has a gym and for SOHO apartment residents, a roof top garden....perfect. Looking forward to moving in.

Cowper Residence is the best place I ever seen among the apartments in Melbourne.Regarding space, amenities, environment and staff. Very accessible to all your needs.
