We have been loyal customers to Tim and the team for over 8 years now and he is by far the best in the business!The team has just installed an entirely custom sound system and a full time rear view camera (we have a canopy) into our new Hilux and it is nothing less then perfect! Tim and Tristan have been an amazing team from start to finish. I bought a head unit for my car from a supplier in Brisbane. Unfortunately this supplier sold a product specifically for my car, which did not work and apparently was never going to work. This was relayed to the supplier from the manufacturer during the midst of my drawn out install. Thankfully Tristan and Tim assisted by working with the supplier and it was these two that were the ones to come up with a solution in the end which would enable my system to work. The supplier could not offer a solution.Tbass Audio will do everything they can for their customers. Customer service and professionalism is second to none. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Good old fashioned service!!! My experience in dealing with Tbass was seamless from the moment I made contact. The point of difference is that Tim takes time to really listen to what you want and will provide various options and products to achieve the best outcome all within your budget. He is isn't happy unless you are. The end result was an unbelievable sound system with quality workmanship and attention to detail. I highly recommend the team at Tbass.

I came to TBass with quite a difficult and a certainly niche job. I'd called all around Brisbane trying to find a shop willing to craft a custom shifter fascia to fit my B&M Pro Ratchet in my VT Clubsport. These guys were the only shop willing to take on the job.When I brought my car in, unbeknownst to myself, they also did other interior work. After some discussion we also decided to have my roof lining and pillars retrimmed, as well as painting various parts to match.The end result is phenomenal. It's way better than I ever could have expected. It's brought a 20+ years old interior back to a showroom quality, with a one of a kind uniquness to boot.Tim and Tristan were also both very professional and friendly throughout the whole ordeal, despite the challenges of working on a classic vehicle.I highly recommend TBass for all their services and would love to come back in the future.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. What started as a few phone calls for advice turned into an amazing job from a highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly team. My son ordered a head unit on line which arrived minus some cords and other parts (the seller then became invisible) and Tim was so helpful on the phone and couldn’t do enough to help rectify the problem. Upon dropping the car off, the team went above and beyond to install a very tricky job and do it with perfection. I know it cost way more than Tim first quoted but he wouldn’t take any extra money. Both my sons and husband were so impressed. Highly recommend.
