I have been coming to this Post Office for years and the staff are very helpful, always greet with a smile, knowing my name straight away and great to have my deliveries safely kept until I can collect outside of business hours. Well done, great business!

Been there hundreds of times, always good service and friendly staff. It's clear some of these complaints are due to the persons own stupidity and not the staff. If you have a parcel in the PO, go get it instead of sooking over the phone.

The team here are great. Will help me with carrying parcels. Are always friendly. When I was living interstate and Australia Post were forever letting mail slip through the redirection they put a sign on my box and managed it.

I have lived in the area for 10yrs. I have used the post office regularly. And have never had an issue. The ladies have always gone the extra step to help, especially when posting parcels.

This is THE WORST customer service I have ever received. Not once have I had a good experience with this post office and I am sick of it.I have just called to enquire about any parcels that may have been left there for me as it wouldn't be the first time I haven't been notified. I was refused help and told that there were heaps" of parcels and he was too busy. I have never been spoken to like that in my entire life. If I could avoid that post office I would - ALL STAFF ARE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS.My partner has even been made to wait for 10+minutes before
