Very rude staff at the counter name Priyan this evening , 24 Aug , around 6:45pm, my little boy was asking about those Harry potter kids playing card, we usually bought a banana bread and will get one for the kids, Priyan told us have to spend $30 and plus buy another banana bread in order to get the card, really I'm thinking , we been shopping there 4 times a week with fuel not such a policy ? We will lodge a formal complaint to the top managements.

Staff Name Harshikh I need to mention he is absolutely have a pride of his work, he has got very good customer service, well look after every customer and kids, my kid love to go there and see him. He has very good potential to be manager. My son love him so much fun guy. Lucky to have a staff like Harshikh

Filled up with $100 worth of diesel call drove 2 km down the road call totally stopped and had to get towed to a mechanic. On inspection the mechanic found 20 L of water In my petrol tank. Told him which servo it came from call and he knew straightaway because apparently this happens a lot from that servo as there is only one diesel pump that doesn’t get used regularly So water is allowed to accumulate in their tanks this has now cost me $9000 to replace my pump and six injectors and have the petrol tank pulled out cleaned and treated this is an absolute joke coming from a big name service station will never use Shell again

Very rude stuff. The guy behind the counter turned off the lights and power as I picked up the petrol pump at 8.55 pm. On Sunday night he could see I was there. Really rude.
