Just some straight honesty is all a customer asks. Bought a second car. Brought it back on statutory for an engine movement problem. They first said that everything is normal. At the next service I asked them to check that issue again. They then said that the mounts need replacing and that the Warranty does not cover it. Conveniently this was after the statutory ran out. But I pointed to them that I brought up the issue up before. Reluctantly they had to replace the mounts. I was suspicious that they did all of them. Because the problem did not go away. They simple put fixed and all normal" on the service docket. Anyhow

Brought in my 2018 Ford Mustang FN to have a leak looked at and I called a month in advance to pre book so I have a loaner car if needed.But after a few hiccups and needing to rebook again. They had it for a week to repair a leak in the rear main seal and they supplied a loaner vehicle throughout the duration of the repair. I cannot compliment them enough on how well they handled the situation and got everything repaired under warranty.Ford Australia and the Peter Warren team in Warwick Farm were helpful and would happily recommend people to come here and buy their future cars or even servicing.

This is my first time taking my ford escape to Ford Warren at Warwick farm for its 15000 service. And they were a great help and welcoming.I had dealt with Diana and she was helpful booking in my service and once i was there... everyone was helpful and welcoming. A great experience .

Had a wonderful experience with Alana, Ashley and the team. I previously serviced my old Ford here with great results. I also bought a new Ranger and the team was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They made the buying process very easy and answered all questions in the months after.The ranger is so good that friends and family bought it after they saw it.

Great service great people.Really know how to look after the customer. They greet you with a smile and make you feel very welcome. From sale to the service department it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Peter warren.Very big thank you to Alana and Ashley in sale and all the staff in the service department.
