Love coming to Ruby Lane! Highly recommend stopping by and having a coffee and buying some flowers!

I ordered a medium posy for my friends birthday costing 90.00. I was very disappointed in the size of the posy for that amount of money. Sent another friend flowers in Wagga NSW on the same day same cost and twice the amount of flowers.

Beautiful store with amazing gifts and flowers. Have ordered multiple times and am never disappointed with the quality of flowers as they are exceptional. Em and the team are always so welcoming and helpful in store as well - Ruby Lane is an asset to the Toowoomba community!

Update: thank you for doing that!Beautiful flowers but this is what they sent when I ordered the large dried arrangement. I sent them an email asking why they sent one that’s clearly half the size and they just said “it will fluff out in a vase” Yeah. No. I said I wasn’t happy and I got no further response. They are pretty but not $125 worth of anything (I also bought a candle which is nice)Edit: after writing this, a new bunch was sent. Very sweet but I think they might need to update the pictures on their website to reflect their post covid capacity. I just want what was advertised so make your sample pictures slightly smaller or (please don't cause it's already expensive) increase prices.

Great store with a super convenient location. I often get flowers here for my wife and they never disappoint. I also have several of their dry arrangements in my office, which set a fantastic vibe for my team. They always have friendly staff willing to go above and beyond. Awesome coffee too!

Absolutely love this store. Perfect boutique shop for gift ideas for the flower / plant lover. From posies to dried arrangements, bridal bouquets and indoor plants and pots, Ruby Lane Flower Co is a must visit. Highly recommend this little gem.

I could spend forever in this store! Not only do they just sell wounderful detailed fresh and dried flower arrangements, they always have lots of delightful trinkets and gifts such as funky candlesticks and aestetic planners! A perfect place to pick up somthing special for the ones you love :)
