If there is a zero star i will vote for it. We had a terrible experience when we applied for my child to enrol at this child care centre at Campsie. They asked to pay $140 ($40 administration fee and $100 bond) and said will refund when my child enrol. However they did not approve the application as ours booking, so i asked them to refund my money. but they never refund and even i called them more than twenty phone calls. they haven’t refund me. They never answer my email and not answer my phone call to explain why not refund to me.Highly recommended to STAY AWAY this child care centre. If you don’t to waste your time, money and headache.

My wife and I have known Jenny since our daughter was only one years old. At that time, upon our first tour with Jenny, we immediately felt comfortable and felt that it was a loving, clean, and safe environment for our Zeina.Jenny provided an excellent environment for our daughter and also became an invaluable resource for us as parents. She helped us establish routines and gave tips and advice on general care. She truly provides much more than an average daycare" environment

The worst childcare ever, dismissive, rule and untrustworthy. If I can give a zero star for this Star Academy childcare in Campsite, I would. My daughter had been to this place for more than 2 years and she was treated very badly. The staff are qualified for their degree but lose in their attitude and behavior, especially a Lebanese educator named Anna. My daughter are scared of her every time she went to childcare. I asked the childcare staff to prepare formula for my daughter but they never ever make it properly. Any time I come to pick my kid unexpectedly, I always find her nappy full and her bump get hurt, turn red as it wasn't changed for a long hour.STAY AWAY from this child care. DO NOT TRUST their sweet talk as you will be soon dissapointed like me.

I totally recommend. My son is in the center for almost 2 years and is very happy with the other kids and the educators. Jenny and all the educators are very kind and do a great job!

The best decision we made sending our son here. From the moment we had a tour of the centre, Jenny has gone above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Her care for the families and the high expectations she sets for her team assured us that our son is in the best possible care. Not only has she been accomodating through covid but has supported us in ensuring our son had the best transition to daycare.When you walk through the centre, it is evident that the educators have built strong relationships. The educators and Jenny have been so responsive to all our questions, queries and worries as first time parents and have made going back to work and leaving your baby that little bit easier! 5/5 would recommend!

Star Academy is a very good centre. With great friendly Caring and welcoming staff who goes above and beyond their abilities to help and support my child's well-being and development milestones. The moment I went for orientation Jenni has always been very understanding and helpful regarding our family needs. I can see my child is happy and always requesting to go even on the weekend. Keep.up.the great work ladies.

The care and dedication that I have seen given by Jenny and her team is incredible! The centre is always clean and the variety of food given is amazing. That is why my daughter is having so much fun learning new things and doing fun activities un the centre.

Our boy goes to the Campsie centre and they have been so professional, helpful and courteous. The staff are a bunch of amazing girls and it shows because our boy loves them dearly. He is full of smiles when we drop him off each morning and when they come to greet us, he arms are wide open ready to be carried by one of the amazing girls.The centre is very clean, spacious with great indoor and outdoor learning/play areas.Our boy has learned so much thanks to the amazing girls and we wouldn't be able to teach some of these skills to him ourselves. He just loves being there, when mummy picks him up he actually doesn't want to go home!Thank you Star Academy Kids for keeping our boy happy and being part of the family.

Great centre, Miss Jenny, Dolly, Danine & Nicola are all wonderful. My daughter loves attending here.Jenny runs an amazing ship and nothing is left unturned or uncared for which is reassuring & appreciated as a first time mum.Great range of learning activities, food and the bonus of an outdoor play area too.Defs recomend this centre.
