We booked in to get our heating done here which was meant to get done last week. With no communication my partner called and they said it'll get done end of this week. With today being Friday and no communication once again my partner called again and he said isn't going to do our heating anymore because he has bigger jobs he isn't going to turn away which is fair enough but there was no communication for weeks so now it's cold and we've gotta start the process again and find someone else. We have a toddler and a newborn with special needs and a freezing house. You should be ashamed of yourself. Disgusting

This company deserves more than 5 stars!!! John was very professional, easy to deal with and had the job done super quick (especially considering the job was required over a long weekend.) would HIGHLY recommend.
