From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was treated with complete professionalism, kindness and care. Reception, ultrasound, injection, x-ray, explanations of treatment(s) I wasn't feeling myself that day and all of the staff were truly wonderful towards me. Thank you :)

I had an appointment for my CT Coronary Arteries.Instructions were given prior to the scanning, and a follow-up call also was given prior to the scanning.Went on time, and they have taken me on time, scanning was done on time, no delays. And the doctor called in the evening and discussed about my scanning result.The nursing caring was excellent, prior to the scanning and in the scanning room as well....Thanks to e everyone for the excellent job....Note for improvement is call waiting time is bit longer when called for booking. This needs to be reduced.....

I had a cardiovascular imaging test at DeakinI was very tired, had travelled a long way and my veins would not co-operate for an IV site.I had to have an ultrasound to find a vein and it a comfortable procedure.The kindness and thoughtfulness shown to me by ALL the staff, medical & reception, was just inspiring.I did not feel like a number, just a cared-for individual.They explained everything and took time to help with my comfort as it is very cold there, as it needs to be to keep the equipment cool.All in all, lovely people doing difficult work and doing it with grace and kindness.Thank you very much.

My urgent case was fast tracked by the friendly staff at reception and they were able to fit me in for a time consuming MRI that afternoon. The facilities and equipment were excellent and upon reading my scan, the friendly and knowledgeable radiologist came and talked me through the prognosis, before sending the results back to the GP in double time. I will definitely be using Canberra Imaging next time (hopefully not too soon!).

The Receptionist was lovely, but the person who did the ultrasound was a bit out of touch and rude, he should work a little bit empathising with first time mothers and think before he talks!Definitely not coming back!

Very unhappy with our experience here. Went in with referrals for two scans, were told that we only needed referral for one of them and that it would be included with the first scan. Lo and behold, we got the results back with the second scan not included. Avoid the very snarky Dr. Morewood. Also pricey; definitely recommend calling around first -- there are definitely cheaper imaging clinics in Canberra!

The ladies at reception as well as the ladies performing my x-rays and MRIs were all lovely and pleasant to talk to. I had to come here 3 days in a row to get a lot of scans done and they all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you all for help!

Difficult making appointments - made multiple phone calls over space of one week and was unable to get a hold of anyone. A lot of the time the phone number just wouldn’t connect. Email communication slow and no better, with me having to chase up my appointment on two occasions. Very rude receptionists at Deakin practice. Went for my 20 week ultrasound and they wouldn’t let my husband in to my appointment due to covid restrictions - we didn’t even have Covid in Canberra at the time of my appointment. They told me that he had to wait in the main waiting area, not even the ultrasound waiting area - and because he wasn’t technically a ‘patient’ he may get asked to wait outside if it got too busy! The ultrasound waiting area had an elderly couple in there, where only one of them was having an ultrasound. I don’t know if they both got to go in to their appointment, but I’m assuming so. Why were we discriminated against?? We walked in wearing masks, checked in via app, sanitised our hands, were friendly, did all the right things!! The experience was very disappointing and upsetting for us. My husband missed out on seeing the development of his baby and I had no one to share the special moment with. The sonograher was unaware of the reasons my husband was not allowed in to the appointment and finally brought him in towards the end when he could see I was visibly upset over the situation. The ultrasound room had maximum of 3 people on a sign on the door, so there definitely was enough room for my husband to be in there. When they confirmed my appointment the day before (via text), they said nothing about not being allowed to take in a support person or any changes to seeing patients. This information also wasn’t displayed on their website. The sonographer was friendly and explained what we were looking at on ultrasound, although had trouble clearly seeing the images. I was in the appointment for 1 hour 15 min. Due to my upsetting experience I will not be returning to this practice. The receptionists need to display more professionalism and treat patients more respectfully. If they’re going to change the ways in which they conduct their business, they need to inform their patients in advance and better communicate between staff.

I only come to this place because of a specific doctor service. so the one star is for him. No one ever answers the phone or responds to emails???Waiting waiting waiting ....................................

Best experience I’ve had with an imagining service. Luke called me to let me know his afternoon wasn’t too busy so to come in when ever suited me ahead of my 7pm appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful also.
