New Pioneer Motors

Hi everyone. I purchased a VF ute last week from new pioneer motors Mackay. Now let me tell you all, the service was exceptional. Everything I asked for was attended to with the most professional manner. Allix and team well done, Keep up the good work.

Went here for a logbook service..80 ks after pick-up the sump plug dropped out..oil everywhere, towed and fixed. 300 ks later the sump stone guard almost fell off..still waiting for a call back 4 weeks later. Shonky.

Love this place the staff were so friendly not like the other car yards had the pest salesman ( Allan ) so we bought a RAM. nice ps, take ya wallet

Having been a customer of New Pioneer Motors for over 8 years today was the last time I will use their service department. I do not know what has changed in thelast 18 months but the serive is beyond hopeless and I would give it zero stars if possible.Ordered a part told they would ring when it was in, and this is my fault but I forgot to follow up and then 12 months later when getting a service I mentied it and was told there was no record of it so had to order it again, this time I remembered to follow up and was told it hadn't been ordered but they would follow it up and ring me back, rang me back a couple of hours later and said no it had been ordered it just hadn't arrived and would be in soon, it was 3 weeks later. Also when having a service done I asked they look at a simple foot rest, was told it was broken but they didn't know which part to order and would email the manufactuer, was then told later the manufactuer had told them how to fix it, glue it, so took the car back in and after so much mucking around they now say they need to order a part and I have to wait again.......well guess what I will go elsehwere.Now today had to wait almost 2 hours to get the courtesy car home and was told they would ring, 4:30 comes around, no phone call tried to ring no answer in the service department, had to uber to pick up the car and when arrived the service was lacking and then finally the car was brought out and was parked, waited 15 more minutes stuill hadn't said the car was ready, went to the counter to be told they still hadn't fixed the foot rest, there was no invoice, it would be emailed later. No apology no nothing.Bottom line is the service department would have to improve to be hopless and I will be taking my business, both car buying and servicing literally anywhere else

My son bought a car there recently. The sales staff were excellent along with the after sales service.

$168.30 for 1 hr charge to check an engine light, should be under warranty, Check then call with the problem? not too hard? numerous cars but always trying to upsell air condition servicing filters, How bout some good old service. Just lost all our company cars and regular service.

Recently dealt with Scott, Allix & Bec and I found their customer service to be above and beyond. They were easy to communicate with and always got back to me within a timely manner. I appreciate their time and efforts I highly recommend them all. I’d rather make the drive from Townsville to Mackay to deal with New Pioneer Holden as opposed to any other dealerships here.

I have been going to Pioneer for my car serviced for over 3 years. They are friendly, professional, and accommodating where possible. Their work is of a high standard and is always completed in an efficient time frame. I will continue to support them and their wonderful staff
