i bought each value of stamps, staff gave me an Australia post office souvenior t-shirt, what a surprise (Apr-2016)

Worst delivery company in Australia. Charge through the roof. Item never on time. Such as hassle to then retrieve the item! Very poor customer service. All round grub company. I would be ashamed to work for this company

Briony was nothing but friendly and helpful with posting my parcel. Thankyou so much for your good customer service. I would rather use the CBD office than some of the LPO's as they are not as friendly and certainly not as helpful.

I had mail forwarded, for general delivery, to the PO at Northgate Plaza— the website says they are open Saturday, but I'm here, and it's all locked up. Then I try the phone number— it's not connected. So I try to ring the 131318 number in the (city?) where the website says that they are also open— Nope. The website seriously needs to be sorted out. It looks as though I will now have to wait until Monday to get my mail— two days wasted. That's not good customer focus. I'd give them no stars, if I could.

My Mother bought a Nokia phone. When she got it home her daughter told her it would be useless in a few months with her phone company (2G being phased out). She took it back 2 days later and they would NOT give her a refund nor even talk about swapping it for something useful.At 80+ years old you'd expect a bit of grace and leeway! Absolutely appalling! It's like stealing $60 off a pensioner!

This is pathetic, if you can't fit something in the letterbox at least have the decency to out it on the landing of the front door, we don't have any dogs so there's no chance of getting bitten by a dog, it only takes 30 seconds to a minute to put any large envelopes on the front doorstep. This is not the first time the reckless and lazy behaviour of our mail being jammed in instead of the postie that delivered it on the day instead of getting off the bike and going through the gate and put on the landing which would only 6 to 10 feet away from the front gate. If this was an important mail we would have to organise for another because the paperwork has been ripped because it was jammed in, so have the intelligence to get off the bike and go through the gate to put on the front door steps at least. I will include pictures to show why I am so annoyed and agitated at the lack of respect the postie had for our mail, I know they have a big workload but it only takes less than a minute to show you actually take pride and give a hoot about your job and about the handling about people's letters and other types of mail that is being delivered.

Every time I have to come to the post office I enjoy to come to this one. Best post office ever been. The customers service is fast and excellent. They know how to resolve problem and you can feel a touch of humanity behind the counter. Definitely as 5 star hotel treatment !!

I was quite impressed with their service, especially the guy who served me called Matthew. Very patient and friendly. I can’t expect anything more. Thank you!
